The photo below was taken on Upper Mayor Street in Dublin 1. This street is located in Dublin Docklands between Spencer Dock and the Point Depot. There is nothing special about the street, houses on one side, nothing on the other. Yet, to ensure that the taxpayers who get fleeced daily to pay their subsidy can't derive any benefit from this State asset, the notice below ensures that this shit fest organisation that conveniently sees itself as either the State or private property, depending on what suits it at the time, maintains an iron grop on an "asset" it should not own.
There is no reason for this road not to be taken in charge by Dublin City Council. I accept that this will mean that instead of IR clampers, the public would get the unconstitutional, guilty unless proven innocent scumbags that are the real clampers. However, this does not change the fact that Irish Rail's job is not to own private roads nor houses.
